You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apksathi login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. apksathi will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify apksathi support immediately at [email protected].
apksathi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, money laundering activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform. In such circumstances, apksathi will provide notice and process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests subject to investigation outcomes.
apksathi operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to any person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. apksathi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not previously used for deposit.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by apksathi are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, apksathi's server records will determine the final state of the game and the outcome. apksathi is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's end.
